thank you….you were really helpful but my problem is my x-husband…he is not dealling with the kids the way he should…he is taking revenge from me by a way that hurts my two daughters,Maya 10 years abd Joelle 8 years…so plz tell me what to do…and here in lebanon the court deprives me of my right to see my kids whenever i want ..so they gave me a permittion to see them once every 15 days…is that fair???
Your situation is sad, indeed, and does not seem fair. Unfortunately I cannot help you change the court system in Lebanon. Can you petition the court, through an attorney, to hear your side of the story? Can you talk to your former husband and explain the consequences for the children when he bad-mouths you?
I have many free articles on my website and my website blog that discuss the effects of talking to your children disrespectfully about their other parent including the emotional harm it does to the kids.
In addition I have many pages of Resources, suggesting websites, books and organizations all focused on helping parents make the best decisions on behalf of their children. You’ll find them all at my website: http://www.childcentereddivorce.com.
One additional option is a telephone coaching call with me via Skype in which we can discuss your situation in greater detail to come up with an action plan that might be of value for you. You can reach me directly at divorcepro@gmail to communicate further.
Sincerely,
Rosalind Sedacca, CCT
